Intern programs, happiness and James Brausch

James Brausch teaches internet marketing in a very straightforward manner. He has a mentor program (I know some of the folks he is currently or has mentored) and he had some great software you can pick up ‘on sales’ every now and then I use a lot.

He is asking what a question on his blog and offering a reward for the best one…
What would I like to know to start an intern program?
Several questions come to mind:
Why would I have an intern program?
What would I use interns for?
How does an intern help your bottom line when it seems you would have to spend quite a bit of time telling them how to do whatever you wanted done.
Or how about what is the best method to track and measure your interns.
Or how do you reward interns for work well done?
How long do you keep interns?
Or where do you get your interns?

But I think my one question would be
How do I interest interns to work with me?
